We have designed a simple process to help you give to who you want to give to fast and easy.  Did you know that when you donate a vehicle to charity directly they have to contract with a dealer to sell the vehicle, and the charity or non profit organization can at times only recieve a small portion of the actual proceeds of the sale of the vehicle? 

We already are a bonded dealership.  With our vehicle donation program, we can pick up your car anywhere within 24-48 hours.  Your donated vehicle will then be sold at auction.  Since we are a dealership, we know what your vehicle is worth, and will make sure we get the most for it possible.  Our car donation program is so streamlined that we usually are able to cover our expenses by only taking 10% of the proceeds, and pass the rest on to the worthwhile cause(s) you have chosen. 

The Process:  Simply fill out our Vehicle Donation Form.   If this is done before 3pm local time we will contact you the same business day to arrange the pickup time for your vehicle.  Alternately, you may contact us at (512) 736-0234, and our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions you have.  Usually, we can arrange pickup the same day, however we will need the vehicle’s title and keys left inside the car at the time we pickup the donated vehicle.  That’s all you need to do!  The auction process usually takes 3-4 weeks, and within 30 days of the sale you should receive notification of your donation through our car donation program from the charity you designated when you filled out the form for vehicle donation.
